We are having sooo much food. The cocktail hour had so much to choose from. We're doing the meat carving and the pasta station for the stations during the cocktail hour. We picked the carved pineapple fruit thing for appetizer. Main course: Prime Rib, Chicken Medallions, and the Salmon. What did you think of the selections of the cakes? We went with their cake that was included, minus the flowers they put on it. Our florist is going to decorate it with fresh flowers. Filling we picked chocolate mousse. Charles is a great guy! How did everything go for you?

We did pretty much what you did! There is A LOT of food.

We got the Carving and the Oriental Station, and got 2 pasta chafing dishes instead. Instead of the prime rib we got the sirloin..and everything else we did is the same!

We did the same exact thing with the cake...wiped it clean, got it stacked instead of tiered and Pedestals will decorate it. The other selections were nice, but not for another 200 or 550 bucks! FH wanted to kill me when I wanted to get the fondant one with the little dots. He's like WHY WHY WHY!! LOL. Hindsight is 20/20 though, and I'm glad now that we didn't spend the extra money. The flowers will be pretty and it will be fine.

I can't believe how close this is.

Good choices! I really didn't like the flowers they had on the included cake. I didn't think the rest of the cakes were worth the extra $$ anyway. What filling did you choose? The days are just flying by!!!
