I'll have to look for that! I usually get the Land O'Lakes spreadable but I prefer the taste of butter. Personally, I like big chunks of hard butter on my truth waffles

I always keep in the fridge! But, in College, I took a Health Course where I learned that it is okay to leave the butter out without it going bad.

My aunt keeps it out on the counter during the day and keeps it in the fridge overnight.

My grandma once buttered the bread on a tuna sandwich for me. It was so gross.

That's the only way I would eat tune when I was little. Peanut butter too! I won't tell you how I would dip the tuna sandwich in my cool-aid though, that would really gross you out

Fridge, though I have known many friends/relatives who do not and they all lived. There are so many preservatives in butter that it won't go bad. I think it would just be tooo soft, or icky from leaving it out. And my dog would eat it! She loves butter.

I don't keep butter around on a regular basis, but when I do have it it goes into the fridge.

in the fridge, but i take it out a few hours before a nice dinner to let it get soft.

it won't go bad if you leave it on the counter, and it definitly won't give you salmonella.

I keep mine in the fridge, but my G-ma always leaves it out. I don't like it if it is left out to long. It needs to be soft enough to spread but still semi-cold.

Always in the fridge. But, I haven't had real butter in AGES!! It's Butter Buds or Molly McButter for me. It's actually pretty good on corn on the cob. I only use butter when I bake (which is RARELY!!)

My Irish parents always left it out duribng the day and put it away at night. We keep ours in the fridge.

I must say I HATE when it is so hard it can't be spread too!! Totally ruins the bread

YUCK! I never heard of this until it was posted on here previously (maybe about a year or so ago . . .) I would not be able to eat it if it was left out like that. My butter either needs to be cool but spreadable, or melted from the heat of the food it is put on (or just warmed for the meal being eaten.) I would be nauseous if I had to eat butter that was unrefrigerated
