Butterflies?

Butterflies?

Sorry, just making small talk....keeping things going or I'd be bored out of my mind today.

So does FH still give you butterflies? it's been 3 years and he still does. Didn't think that was possible. He'll show up unexpectedly at my job and I get the tingles. I get all school girlish when he calls too. I can't help it. It's pretty pathetic. We are super mushy with each other. Never been like that before so my family is a bit freaked out by it but they like it. FH has never been mushy either but we just can't help ourselves. We were watching a movie the other night and this couple was very mushy with each other. I made a smart comment and he just looked and me and said, 'Babe, that's us'. Man is that sad

lol your mushy, thats great!!! I wish we were like that sometimes...
I cant say I get butterflies everytime I see him or talk to him (we have just become so routine...) but whenever he surprises me with something, like going out on a date (last time that happened was over a year ago...) suprising me at work with lunch (months ago only bc i asked) things like that I get butterflies...wow, it seems i have to ask him all the time, that stinks....

(darn it i want buterflies back...make him do that to me again lol!!!!)

Keep em' coming amanda! Although this is probably the last one i can respond to until late tonight...

FH does still give me butterflies. Just today I left work on my lunch hour just to go see him because of a flashback I had of this weekend . But umm yea, being that we don't get to see each other all the time I definitely anticipate our quality time together. The both of us are sprung!

i get like that too amanda. there's times when he calls me and just hearing his voice makes me giddy. and if he surprises me by showing up somewhere i get super excited.
sometimes we get into throw up worthy conversations of how obsessed we are with eachother and it makes me fall in love with him all over again

Dirty girl!!!!!!!

Cause of that that part of me misses not living together......we'd see each other like 3x a week so when we did see each other it was super exciting. Love living with him, but sometimes miss that anticipation.

yes, he still gives me butterflies. FH sometimes only has to smile at me a certain way and i get all school girl like and the butterflies are there. We are a very mushy couple when were alone, we don't like to disgust people with our mushy-ness

Re: Butterflies?

the butterflies are different since we live together & see each other all the time. for instance i am the one that takes care of the apartment. so if i am changing the sheets & he comes in & says oh let me help you with that, i get butterflies.
& since we are both firm believers that distance makes the heart grow founder, i will go to my parents house upstate, NY & he will stay home & then we will miss each other. so when i get home i always have those butterflies.
& watching him play with my niece & nephew also gives me butterflies.

Yeah, FH goes home to CT once in a blue and it's such a great feeling when he comes home. Nice to miss each other once in a while. Makes you realize how much you mean to each other if you've forgotten.

We dont live together...and only really get to see each other on the weekends. So I get really excited when I finally get to see him. Its something I look forward to all week.

The best is when he surprises and comes to see out of no where. It's so cute- I love it!
