FH & I actually prefer this better...Whenever a real estate puts a price on a house, they are cushioning it for their commissions...When you get a FSBO, you get a more realistic price house...Example, there was a house we looked at that was FSBO & it was $548K, the house diagonal from it was For Sale by agent...That house is going for $579K...The FSBO ended up selling for $538K...
