I absolutely love this one dress that no one seems to have but everyone can order it. I really havent gone dress shopping yet but this is my top choice and I really want to see it. Did anyone buy their dress without ever trying it on or seeing it in person?? I really dont want to do that because I 'm scared I'll hate it once its too late.

A friend of mine did that.. She couldnt stop thinking about it and refused to look at anything else. So they ordered it, it came in she put it on and fell in love! haha she never looked at another dress

2010/NW crasher.....
cal the manufacturer and see who they sold samples too. i loved my dress online but no where had it to try it on. i called the manufacturer (maggie) and they said the closest one was conneticut! over 2 hours away! but one day i drove out there
i wouldnt risk buying it without trying it on first. hth

I agree with this! I just would hate for you to get it and hate it on!! Might be worth taking the road trip for!

Thanks! I had already emailed them this morning so I'm hoping they respond otherwise I will call them. Shops I've called said the could order it so I can try it on/see it because it would be a sample size and no way am I going to fit in it but I dont want to pay $70 just to see it.

You cant take risks like this when it comes to your wedding.. if god forbid you dont like it then what?
Ill tell you a story , Ive been stalking a dress since before i got engaged.. I would have bought it without ever seeing it in person!! I tried it on, HATED it. I tried it on again a few months later to make sure, still HATED it. Just because it looks good in a pic doesnt mean it will look good on, and vice versa. Just because it doesnt look good in a picture doesnt mean it wont look amazing on!!!!!

I would try to locate it first! I only say this because I was obsesssssed with this one dress about a month ago and I knew it would look good on me and nothing else compared.. I couldnt find the sample anywhere.. Finally I found it with the help of brides on here and when I tried it on it looked great but wasn't the one... The one ended up being on the mannequin at the same bridal salon that my supposed dream dress was at

So the mfr emailed me back and I called the first place they gave me and I found it!!!! Luckily the place is in Queens so I don't need to travel far, they're closed until next week but after that I'm going to make an appointment to go try it.
