Anyone have this printed out - my dad just did it again and looks fantastic!! He does it from memory though. The diet is kind of gross (IMO) but I am willing to do it for a week for a boost! TIA!!

I actually photocopied it from a friend yesterday - it's a bad copy so I may type it over tomorrow - I'll send it to you if I do.

Its not healthy at all....but it is a quick way to lose 5 pounds(water weight).....in a week.
