Cafeteria at work - Vent

I am just so annoyed with the cashier in the cafeteria at work. Everyday i get the same breakfast 3 egg whites on whole wheat toast, and everyday the price is different. It used to be $1.60, and that was fine, but now the price is higher usually everyday. Yesterday she tried to charge me $1.90 and I made her change it and charge me $160, and today she rang it up as $2.60. I just looked at her and said, Are you kidding me? I am not paying $2.60 for 3 egg whites on toast. I am not cheap, I am just tired of getting over charged in the cafeteria. This is ridiculous. I have been eating the same thing for 2 years, and since they hired this girl the prices have totally gone wacky. I think she makes them up in her head.

The other guy that came to the register tried to blame it on me and said that every time in the past that he rung me up, I told him 2 egg whites and that is just not true. Really good customer service, when you blame it on the customer.....

So I ended up paying the $2.60, and get this...I gave her a $5.00 bill and she gave me $4.40 change!!! I dont know what she was thinking....

I don't have a cafeteria, but the little deli with no name, in the building is a little vague w/ the prices too.

Yes they have one cashier. It is funny cause they never last. They go through cashiers faster than I go through hair gel....

The other day my friend got a western omellete, made with 2 eggs...and they tried to charge her $6.50. She didnt even get a side dish or coffee, or toast...Crazy.

OMG the incompetence That is irritating

We don't have a cafeteria but I order the samething at dunkin donuts every morning and the price is always different!
