I have been to two weddings, totally not me, I like more dramatic and more flow. But to each is own, and the wedding we went to the girls looked great, but I have to say, most of the wedding guest were talking about the cage veil and saying they thought it look wierd. No matter what you wear you will love it and will wear it well, who cares what others think anyway, its your day.....right....
Bah I say screw 'traditional.' Wear what makes you feel gorgeous and like a bride. My dress and veil are very 'traditional' because all the lace and I am wearing a cathedral length mantilla (which reminds me I have to postit heh!) BUT our wedding colors are red, hot pink and bright orange. My shoes are red satin heels. Im wearign a red poka dot garter and FH is wearing red Doc Martens and a gerber in his lapel instead of a rose. Some people have already commented it is a 'weird' combo, but we like it so we say pft to them.

I am wearing one and I love the way it looks! So gorgeous and different!
My theme is the Great Gatsby--so my whole wedding has a vintage 'feel'...
Wow I had no idea what a cage veil was till I saw the photos.. it looks really nice and I like it too.
