We are doing our cake tasting tomorrow and I was wondering which of these cakes sound the best to you. I know it will all depend on the taste, but if you can tell me why you like or dislike a flavor that would help. All will have a buttercream frosting (very thin layer) and have four cake layers and three filling layers per tier of cake. Thanks!

I personally don't like raspberry, so that knocked out two of the options and I think three layers of buttercream filling would just be too sweet, so I guess I voted for the choc mousse filing (I can't remember the poll options now!!! ).

Keep voting everyone! The samples cakes are sitting in my fridge - I can't wait to taste them!!!! But FH isn't home yet. Those mini-cakes look so good!!!!!

I voted for the last one - because I was biased - I had white cake (soaked in grand marnier) with chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse
