Okay, has anyone out there had cake at the Fox Hollow that is part of the package? To save money, my FH and I are going with their cake but I've heard bad things about it. Someone told me it was so bad. I'm worried it will be, as it will be the last thing the guests eat thus the thing they remember most. Help!

I have no idea how the cake is but I wasn't thrilled with the options so I am having the cake made by someone else. No one ever mentioned to me where the cake was made (I was under the impression it was made in house) nor did I ask so...

ME TOO! Well because Dave Lied to me!!!! When we met with him he told us the cake did not come from an outside bakery that it was made in house. He probably didn't want me to know about the cakes since they are not getting great reviews.
If you go to one of the Watermill Showcases, this bakery is there and you can try the cake and desserts. I did, and was disappointed.
It was the carrot cake and it was NOT good. Neither were the pastries. Why doesn't Fox HOllow just go with another bakery!!!!!

Hi...here is the post I promised you...I went to a wedding at FH today and everything was really really good...the bad news is, I found out that the cake was not the FH cake so I can't tell you how it was. They ordered it from Cakes by Jay. Sorry If you want any other details FM me if you want though!!

I've been going to Erga's for my whole life and their cakes are yummy. They are on Stewart Ave in Bethpage, you could always go and buy a layer cake from there if you are interested in tasting them I guess.

I loved my cake! It was chocolate cake with banana pudding filling and whipped cream icing...it was totally delicious, and a big hit with my guests.
