Im not a fan, so I dont know what people normally like. If I had it my way, it would be plain.

If I could have a dream cake one layer would be cannoli and one would be black forest (had it at my BM wedding and loved it!!!) and one layer choc cake w/ whipped cream filling/frosting for FH

I'm not really sure. I have an apt with the baker in two weeks.
To be honest, I HATE bakery cake (give me Duncan Hines any day!).
I'm thinking chocolate cake with maybe canoli cream. If the baker can do cheescake I would LOVE to go with that.

Ooo red velvet cake is sooo good, i think i will do that for the groomscake, other than that i am undecisive.
FH wants one layer baileys cream, we saw a cake show on tv and they were using that so now thats what he wants.
I would love to do something with coconut since its my favorite but i know alot of ppl dont like it, but id love coconut and banana cream.
Also other good ideas are : white chocolate ganache with raspberries...Kahlua chocolate ganache, mexican chocolate cake is suppposed to be real good, truffles filling, i also do love canolli and chocolate
