Hi ladies, I am surprising Fh with a grooms cake, now Im wondering on what filling I should use. I know he loves canoli, but I think hes putting that in the wedding cake (he is in charge of that bc I dont really like cake) lol
What are you ladies choices? Should I go with the canoli filling eventhough the wedding cake might be that?

okay here's what I would do. . tell him you have to fill out a survey to try to win a free something by completing a cake filling survey and you want him to do it b/c you don't like cake. .. then get what he wants. ..

Chocolate mousse, chocolate pudding, & cannoli. Would any of these go good with dulce de leche?
Hmm...I would do more of a caramel cream or mousse with Dulce de Leche myself...but the chocolates could work too. I wouldn't do cannoli with it.
Good point Ali, I dont want it to be gross either lol

lol yeaaaaaa I really should!!! Its just hard because its like I need to find out what the wedding cake is going to be, and then pick another one of his favs for the grooms cake... ahhhhh why does everything wedding related have to be so difficult
