what type of cake and fillings are you guys doing? i am so P-O ed right now...i went to the new bakery that giorgios is using and they dont do red velvet....i really wanted that with a fondant icing. what else are you guys doing?

we are doing devils food cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry sauce/preserve.
