We are doing either chocolate with canolli cream choc chip filling, or red velvet and cream cheese.

Im tasting them tomorrow and the 3 I picked to taste were

Marble cake with white choc mousse

Vanilla with cannoli choc chip

Chocolate with raspberry mousse

We are doing chocolate cake w/ chocolate fudge and chocolate cake w/ white chocolate.

we had white cake with lemon and lemon creme filling and red velvet and chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse. we did two tiers of each.

We did yellow cake with chocolate ganache and white chocolate mousse filling. It was INCREDIBLE. People keep telling us how much they loved our cake.

we just picked ours this morning

Red velvet for our anniversary cake, lemon cake with vanilla mousee and lemon custrd and vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and banana creme.
