im sure the cake will look beautiful, but i dont think its gonna taste so good... ive heard nothing but bad things about fondant. lol.
post pictures of the cake wherever you decide to get it done.. fondant is GREAT for decorative cakes.

we are going to use Baked to perfection
now i cant say that i know how there cakes taste (because we havent met with them yet) but...my moms friends father (who baked my mothers wedding cake) trained Bob at the CIA (he was his apprentice)
but i did do a search to see and someone posted they used them and they said it looked like fondant.. with a picture....
Dortonis Bakery, Levittown, amazing, I didnt use them, but sure wish I did, I grew up in Levittown and they have been around since I was a baby,Its the best bakery around, there cake designs are unbelievable and they taste amazing too.....
