Well I can tell you that you won't be using Jean Marie

I planned on using them but they are now closed (they closed in I believe November - they moved to West babylon and are now called Carbs Away) It is a shame since they had amazing things

I am actually using St Honore in Port Washington - so far they seem to be as good as Jean Marie and charge the same. FM me if you want more info!!!

Did you try Audreys in West Sayville? Their cakes are delicious and there have incredible designs. Good Luck!
