so i was all set with canoli filling until i saw they offered strawberry shortcake...does canoli go with it or should i pick something else like vanilla pudding

Canoli and strawberry shortcake doesn't go together to me, but to each their own. Can you do something different in each tier.

Strawberry short cake is my favorite! Personally I do not like vanilla pudding for cake filling it is bland. Do they have a white chocolate mousse or even a chocolate mousse it would make the cake richer.

Both are good ideas but not together. Can you do alternating tiers of filling? Like on a 4 tier cake make tiers 1 & 3 Cannoli and tiers 2 & 4 strawberry?

Gina, I went to Erga and had them prepare a bunch of different options. The french custard with fresh strawberries was AMAZING!
I would go with that, it's like shortcake but much creamier.

For the strawberry shortcake I would go with a yellow cake or is they can do an angel food cake that may be even better!
