Cake question

Cake question

So I'm going for our menus on Monday but we are not doing a cake tasting until the following Saturday.

Do I still pick my cake with the RH or wait til after the tasting?

I know at CB they made a note that I was going to do a cake tasting and that they will follow up with either me or the bakery I forgot which.
