With the amount of bakeries out there i would not choose a place based on an experience like that no matter how good everyone says it is!
In this economy it is pompous to not be grateful and go the extra mile for a customer especially a bride spending a lot of money on a cake... competition is everything and a small business owner that doesn't see that won't make it through these tough times!!! ugghh i hate bad customer service!

ITA! i mean i'm glad you found something you like, if you can, just use that and go to a different one and ask to taste their versions! sorry they treated you that way! you def deserve better!! ugh, that annoys me!
