Our RH has four different bakeries that we can order from. I'd like to do tastings at each one...is that weird? Do you think I'm going to be obligated to use a certain bakery once I do a tasting?
I'm asking the bakeries, but I'm just curious what kind of responses I should expect.

i doubt it... those 4 bakeries have to know they arent exclusive to the hall...

dont feel obligated. schedule a tasting, if they give you a hard time then obv you dont want to use them.

If I had the option of more than 1 I would try them all also. It's like checking out any other vendor your not obligated to use any of them. (well other than one of the 4 included fromy our hall)

FH and I are considering going to bakeries that are NOT associated with our hall just because we want cake
don't feel guilty - just go and enjoy
ps: i think you SHOULD go to all four ... what if one doesn't taste as good, or the people that work there are mean?
