What are you ladies using as your cake topper?

Cake Toppers

I'm using monogram letters. I'm using 3 letters the initial of our last name and our first names. I wanted the thinestone monogram cake toppers but I will be DIYing it.

I wanted to use all 3 letters also, however I spoke to our banquet manager and he's saying it may be too heavy for the cake. We have to meet with him first and see a sample and then decide.

I made mine... it has Dorothy & the Scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz on it haha

I didn't even think about that. I hope that's not the case. I bought the wooden monogram letters from craftcuts.com and they are actually very light. I'm going to add on the rhinestones myself.

I am having mini me's created of me, fh, and our pup by Nicole Clark (Google). They are adorable, working on the finished product now with her!

I just saw a 3 lettered Monogram in the exclusively wedding magazine.

No, not a whole wizard of oz theme... Just little hints of it. The theme is whimsical garden, but I'm doing things like the cake topper, wearing ruby slipper & (hopefully) walking down the aisle to 'over the rainbow'... I've always been obsessed with the wizard of oz haha

I want that too but I'm going to wait till I meet about the cake.
