We're not having one, I am asking my florist to put some fresh flowers on top instead.

I'm so up in the air. My florist will put flowers on the cake for no extra cost. i think flowers looks more elgant

Not necessary but yeah def a personal touch! You can do rhinestone monogram of your new last name plus the flowers...still elegant

Definitely not necessary. But they can be fun. I bought one that I thought was kinda different (not a monogram or bride and groom) just simple rings (pic in album).
