Have you looked into Sylvia Weinstock's cakes? Im using her and shes in manhatten as well. Shes a very sweet lady and her cakes taste amazing! She did everyones cakes from Donald trumps wedding to catherine zeta jones and many many more. Here is her website:

Can i ask you a question, does sylvia do any of those mad hatter, or unique type designed cakes...She is known for using lots of flowers and ive seen many of her cakes and it is usually that design...I dont want any flowers on my cake so dont know if its even worth it to look at her, for me that is.

Yes she does whatever you tell her you want. She is more famous for ofcourse doing the sugar flowers, my cake is having alot of sugar flowers all over it and thats why i went with her. If your looking for mad hatter cakes i would go with collette then. Their prices are similar and their cakes both taste really good you can mix and match for example im having a 5 tier cake so one layer will be white cake with rasberry,strawberry and apricot filling and the next tier will be chocolate cake with hazelnut, coffee, and toffee filling alternating between the two.

Oooo ok good to know, some people are like you're already thinking of booking soon? lol...Yeah i will actually call up colettes soon and ask them when do they recommend i book an appointment. Again thank you so much, otherwise i might have procrastinated and now i know i def cant lol.
