I am going a mock wedding cake for my birthday to test it out in April. Just a small version for 12 people and I wanted to know what people got in their cakes and did they like it.
I was thinking chocolate cake with rasberry mouse and fondant iciing with a buttercream underneath the fondant.
But not everyone likes chocolate so I was thinking what other flavors did you get??

i had four cakes, three flavors:
chocolate with chocolate pound cake with vanilla apple cake (no filling)
