Caleb Smith State Park/Smithtown Any Info?

We are looking for a photo site between (or near) Deer Park and Smithtown. I came across Caleb Smith State Park in Smithtown but dont know anything about it. Can anyone tell me anything about what's there?

There's an old restored house from what I remember.

There's also Sunken Meadow State Park

About the same area...if you want beach photos and they have a great wooded area too(I used to run Cross Country Meets there)they have a small pond with a wooden bridge...theres a lot to be discovered
