Caleps DJ (from Brooklyn)

Has anyone been to a party with them (wedding)? If so what did you think of them? I know they say it's important when having a DJ to make sure you have a good MC that gives a good presentation (especially the entrance). I've heard good things about them (but mostly from people who have been to Sweet 16's with them) but haven't seen them myself.

I haven't, but if you're looking for a good DJ in Brooklyn check out Dash of Class. They're reasonable and great!!

I actually did check out dash of class also, they were 1 we are considering also.

Is Caleps DJ the ones off of New Utrecht Avenue and 85th Street? If so, a relative of mine used them for her Sweet 16, and they did a great job.

I used Dash of Class for my Sweet 16 (10 years ago) - LOL...and they did a great job then.

Yes - the Caleps are on 84th Street.

Classie Sounds are really good also.

Thanks - who did you go with for flowers? I heard Dyker Florists or Emil (something like that) on 18th Ave and 74th?

Limo's? Romantique?

I used Romantique and absolutely loved them!

There are many brides using Flowers by Emil and Carmine has great prices and beautiful pieces! Definitely check them out!

We had to go with an exclusive florist, I dont recommend them really.
Limos, went with Double Diamond...Thomas was great! I highly recommend them. Romantique wasn't too happy with. The guy was very pushy and we weren't too pleased.

I am using Dash of Class and Flowers by Emil and also Romantique. I highly recommend Dash of Class, I;ve been to a number of weddings that they DJed and they were great

I went with June Florist on 18th Ave. They are OUTSTANDING!
