FH and I went today to find out they needed a baptismal or birth certificate and license or passport or social security card. FH did not have his birth certificate or baptismal certificate. We have to go back on monday!! Make sure you call the town clerk's office that you will be getting your license at.

We went to the Town of Hempstead and they only asked for two forms of ID. FH and I both gave them our license and our ID's from work.

This was the Town of Smithtown. The woman tried to tell me it was state law and i nearly jumped over the counter. I called many places and many of them really didn't require all of the above, however, stupid me never called smithtown...thinking it was the same for all!!! Girls...just call to make sure!!!
