Calla Lilies...

Do you know how expensive they are??? I want them for my bo-ks and I got a quote from a florists today which was $3500. I want tulips for the centerpieces which are inexpensive (happy about that!), and the calla lilies are really expensive. $150 a bo-k (I have 8 BMs). Who else is having calla lilies and got a reasnable quote from a florist...or are they all going to charge me this much?

I LOVE calla lillies too and when I went on the vedors helping brides board, this is what I asked for:
Need quote for:

1 Bride Boquet - Fall Colors (preferrably calla lillies and roses) - hand tied

3 Bridesmaids and 1 Maid of Honor Boquet (calla lillies - Maid of honors slightly bigger than bridesmaids) - hand tied

about 8 bouts (calla lillies or roses)

about 3 corsages (calla lillies or roses)

Well, so far I've been quoted $875 and $1100!!!

What to do!? What to do?!

you need to shop around, i live in FL but my wedding is in Seaford, ny and i got a bunch of quotes, you need to go to vedors helping brides, and post what you need exactly and how much you want to pay and see who comes back with a match then go see them.
