We were in the stone ages for a while, but we finally got caller ID last month. Well, I've noticed that although a name and # comes up when someone calls, later on it's deleted, or just disappers from my phone. I'm not sure if it's the phone, or a problem with Verizon. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't have that problem with my caller ID, maybe its your phone.

It may depend on your Caller ID system (either phone with Caller ID, or seperate Caller ID box) .. my experience is that there is only so many calls that can be stored (usually 50), and after that, the older ones are deleted to make room as new calls come in.
Check to see if there is a way you can delete out the numbers you don't want to stay on the list, so the numbers you want to keep, will not be accidently erased as the new calls come in.
