Has anybody looked into 'digital' calligraphy? How does that work? I know they put it thru the computer....or can anybody suggest a good calligrapher that is somewhat affordable? What is everybody doing for this?

Re: calligraphy
I have read that Inkspun (an advertiser on here) is pretty good and very fair priced. If you have a printer at home you can also did it yourself.I am using www.bloomingquill.com , but she is by hand. Her prices are around $3.00 or so for a set.She lives in WI so you pay for shipping to and from her house but her work is so beautiful I don't care.

Re: calligraphy
I used www.calligraphylady.com. If you do a search you'll see my post of a photo of one of my invites. She's just $1.50 for hand calligraphy addresses on our outer & inner envelope.Plus she's a great lady to work with. I can't recommend her enough!

Favorite Things is awesome too! Rebecca is soo easy to work with she's doing mine in a few days because I'm running late-she picks up & drops off-she also has a special running now-look for her ad on this site. I was hesitant to send all my envelopes through the mail-I need to get them out by this weekend. Good luck!

Re: calligraphy
I am another satisfied customer of Inkspun. It cost me just $0.59 per invitation to get both the inner and outer envelope printed and they looked great. I also had them do my placecards. The computerized calligraphy looks beautiful, and saved me a great deal of money.
