How does the laser printed compare to the hand written? What is everyone doing for their envelopes? Does the laser printed ones look bad?

We printed the ones for my brothers wedding on our home printer. They looked just as nice as the professional ones, and they saved so much money.

I'm waiting on my invits to be finished printing but I am going to use Inkspun a vendor recc'd on this site. I don't want to have handwritten invitations, no one I know has that neat of a handwriting.

I'm using the laser printer at home. I'm using the font Script something ( I forgot the whole name). Anyway it's a fancy calligraphy type script. Try typing a few different fonts on paper and see if you find one you like.

Edwardian Script is a nice one to use! We are not doing ours by hand...too expensive, I would rather spend that money elsewhere.

We had a hard time with our computer printing the envelopes in a callig. font. It smeared alo, so we ended up having ours hand done by www.afineletter.com. They do hand callig. for as low as .25 per envelope and they look awesome.
