calligraphy...

Anyone having their invitiations addresses by a calligrapher? If so what do they charge per envelope?

If not what are you doing to address your invite envelopes?

over the summer i think my friend paid $1 per invite. which also included a guest list.

you have to watch, some places do computer calligraphy while others do it by hand.

09 bride here - I used computer calligrapher and was so happy with it. Black ink was 39cents an envelope. I paid 44 cents an envelope b/c I wanted colored ink.

i wish i could do my own calligraphy! i recently bought myself a calligraphy kit but wasn't very good at it

I actually can do hand calligraphy too (learned in high school) but it takes me forever so I did not want to be bothered!

I actually can do hand calligraphy too (learned in high school) but it takes me forever so I did not want to be bothered!

ya i learned in college, i enjoy it very much, but i cant sit for more than an hour at a time...

i will hopefully get about 10 invites done each hour i do it, so if i put aside a week or 2 i should get them all done

awesome! I will look into that. FH does calligraphy, but it takes him forever to do one thing so I don't wanna overhwhelm him. Id rather pay for it
