Did you ladies pay extra to have your calligraphy done on your invite envelopes? I'm thinking I should have just done them myself?

we paid extra and then I thought maybe I should have done them myself, but now that I saw them finished I am so happy I did the calligraphy

I tried to do it myself and failed,, it was too expensive for me to pay someone. I know some people think its tacky but I went with printing out clear labels with a fancy font.

I used Inkspun.com. Its 39 cents per envelope

I did a nice font on the computer and put the envelopes through the printer.

I has the worst experience with inkspun. I saw a bunch of great reviews on here, but it was definitely my worst wedding planning experience.

i just did them myself on labels and out them on envelopes. no one cares about the envelope - they will just get thrown out. if you want to, print hem directly onto the envelope

Just print them directly on the envelope. A nice script font and some printer ink your set.

i paid for calligraphy just for convenience of not having to do it myself... i didnt have time and it was worth it!
