Is anyone doing this? I know you can have your invitations done by machine instead of by hand and it looks like it was done by hand, or close to it.

I belive Inkspun does it by printing machine..and honestly my invites came out excellent. I was very happy and you couldn't tell the difference.
I believe a few other brides have used Inkspun as well and thought the printing was great (that is where I found out about them).

Id be very careful, unless you are experienced and know what you are doing, you may end up losing some envelopes if yourprinter freaks out on you. Other than that, it isnt a bad idea at all.

cut out regular peices of paper and test print before you actually print.. then dont set the printer to print all in one shot.... load it up with like 5 out of time... time consumeing but saves money $$$

Re: Calligraphy by machine/computer
i had it done by computer. not as beautiful as handwritten of course, but still much nicer and worth paying to get it done. they smudge when you print them yourself even on a high quality laser printer so i would suggest having them professionally printed.
