I got my hand calligraphy done by Wendy Trout from Trout Designs. The envelopes came out absolutely beautiful!!! She charges $1 to $1.50 for inner and outer envelopes together!! What a deal!! I had Spencerian script so it was $1.50 an envelope. She lives in Williamsville, NY so I mailed the envelopes to her and she mailed them back (cost only 14 dollars priority mail round trip) She mailed me samples and since I wanted it more simple, she did exactly what I asked!! I didn't get mine hand done. I sent my envelopes away to InkSpun.com
I would reccomend Bill @ Inkspun. It's the same effect for a lot cheaper.
He did 80 outer envelopes for .39 each

i used computer calligraphy by Follow Your Heart (LIW vendor) Kathy was great to work with and she matched the script front on my invites!
she charges $1 per pair of envelopes (inner and outer)

Bill has my envelopes right now. I proofed my invite list this past Friday.

The Writing Place in Stony Brook Village dose it...They have a book of calligraphy chooses... The outside envelopes are $1.00 and the inside are $0.75 for computer...By hand the outside is $1.75 and inside are $1.25. FM for more information

I used Bill as well and he did an amazing job!!! my envelopes were beautiful and you cannot beat the price!

i am going through 'all my heart' in port jefferson. they have samples of the different styles and they take your list and enevlopes and pass it on to the caligrapher. so far i have had nothing but great experiences with that store... our envelopes should be done soon and i can't wait to see them. i think it was about 39 cents for outer envelopes and you don't pay til you get them back, completed and are satisfied.
