Well, Huntington sounds good for most. How does Friday March 21st sound?????

Marisa- I haven't decided on it yet but if I go my dates are 9/28-10/9. My TA is Suzanne Logan from Libert Travel in Merrick. Where is your TA??

Dani- Thanks for the info. If I decide to go I will be sure to ask you a ton of questions, lol. By the way, I asked Adrienne about the picture and she doesn't have it anymore I guess we'll have to use our imagination, LOL!!!!!!!

I hate that FH has to travel so far to work he commutes to Jersey, we live in eastern suffolk), I feel like we never see each other. I want him to get a job closer to home when we start having kids.

hey feel better about this one... at least you get to see yours - i only see mine on sunday!!!! that's the only day out of the week that we get to spend together - that's why our phone bills are so high!

That ****s We only have Fri/Sat off together. That's why it's been stressful planning all of our vendors because we are barely ever home together for appt's.

Well ladies I had my first wedding dress shopping experience tonight and I'm so depressed

I knew I wouldn't find my dress the first night (especially where I went) but i wanted to go and start getting a feel for things because I knew this shop carried 'larger' dresses. Now I know I'm nt the skinniest person in the world but gosh darnit I'm not the fattest. Who the hel* are these dresses made for. I HATED it NOTHING looked good and the dresses were ugly and bulcky. I'm not in the happy wedding phase right now

I'm so sorry Curly for the bad shopping day. Believe me-you'll find the perfect dress and as soon as you try it on, you'll know it's the 'one'. Do you have any specific styles or designers in mind? Try on dresses that you think won't look good on you because sometimes you'll be suprised. Good luck

curly- don't feel bad!!! i beg of you! I am 5'1' and dresses looked terrible on me! It was only after like trying on 30 dresses and going to 6 salons did I find her... you will know... keep your head up and keep looking... sometimes these dresses are made for the models so we can't fit into them!!!

I definitely didn't get the 'it's the one' feeling AT ALL!!!! More like, 'its the one that will make me puke if I keep looking at it '. I felt sooooooo short and stumpy. YUCK!!! I have no body image problems at all but these dresses are HORRIBLE. I have another appt. on Monday at Bridal Garden in Bethpage. Crossing my fingers
