Do you know if the product contains some form of Talc? I posted earlier about breaking out and being told I have a mild case of cystic acne, and can't really place if this started after I began using this line, or before. I believe it was before, because I was using another makeup brand. However, seeing as how I just had a glycolic peel yesterday, I'm wondering if this makeup clogs pores or if anyone else has experience breakouts (whiteheads, blackheads, pimples) on their face or chin? I believe the breakouts are also stress related...but wanted to see what you ladies thought. THanks!
I found the ingredients: · Titanium Dioxide · Bismuth Oxychloride · Mica · Zinc Oxide · Ultramarines · Iron Oxides
but would still love your opinions.

I dont know about the ingrediantes...maybe try the website?
I have been using bare escentuals for a few weeks and I am so far so good! No breakouts whatso ever! Good Luck!

I know that I switched because I was breaking out and my skin had become insanely dry so all 'wet' foundations were out. I looooove it. I even had a girl from the store do everyone's make up day of.
My skin has improved a lot. No more breaking out or clogging pores!
For moisture issues, I am using Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion....wow.

Try Jane Iredale, its also mineral makeup. Also clean you brushes!!! and you compact blotter Immediately! After you glycolic peel, I hope you know to stay out of the sun!!!!

Yes I was told that I needed to wear an SPFof 45 or higher and stay out of the sun. How long is this for?

Let's see if now that I peeled off that layer of skin and had my face cleansed if the makeup will actually improve my skin problem. I was told I shouldn't wear anything on my face..but the last thing I wanted was someone coming to connect the dots on my face, so I only covered up the spots and applied the mineral veil.

I LOVE bare minerals - people comment on my skin all the time, it really covers flawes!!!! I have sensitve skin and didn't get any reaction at all - I have been using it for over a year

When I started using BE, my face was itchy for the first couple of days. Then I began to break out - clogged pore type of pimples. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I wasn't surprised. Talc is the culprit.

I completely broke out. I spend over $150 In BE makeup. I was so upset that I would have to stop using it. My face was itchy and around my cheeks I had small pimples and red dots. I started to use the clinique face care and used a moistureizer b/c I did feel that my face was so dry when I used the face powder that now my face does not break out in that area. So Now I love BE

I agree!! I Love BE...My couSin is the manager at the roosevelt field store so luckily she shows me how to use it lol...if u have any specific Q's on the ingredients let me know..im sure shell try her best to answer them!

i cant use the foundation but everythign else is ok. i do believe its either talc or mica that causes itching.
