Isn't it just the worst? There's nothing around there worthwhile...oh, except Di Fara! Do you girls know DiFara? Best PIZZA IN THE WORLD! No lie!
OMG! DiFara! I just wish they were bigger, and more advanced. I go there for two slices, and it takes eight days...LOL...well worth it!
I'll wait as long as it takes...Dominic is too cute! And the 'square' pies are to die for! YUMM!! Damn Atkins!
ladies...for pizza...Grimaldi's IS the place to go...I was just there the other night! soooo good!
I have never been there but FH lovessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss that place lol

I'm living and getting married in Park Slope. My reception site, caterer (On Occasion), and flowers (Flowers by Emil) are all in Brooklyn. Most of my other vendors are from Manhattan.

check the rating for Grimaldi's too- it's rate one of the best in NYC! (they don't do pizza by the slice)

DJ - Dash of Class - Much MUCH less epensive than Classie Sounds for the same reputation and package Church - St Finbar's on Bath Ave - Beautiful but expensive Limos - Romantique - FH knows a guy so we got a sick deal for the Hummer sretch and 10 passenger lincoln

I am also from bklyn. Born in Bayridge grew up in Bergan beach now live in Dyker.
I haven't booked any vendors yet but will look into some of the onces you ladies posted about.
And my 2 cents is that
L&B has the best pizza in all of Brooklyn.

I'm pretty much available all weekends at night (I'm a loser like that.) I will be away 4/27 - 5/1 in VEGAS though!
