Calling all creative brides! I need help coming up with an idea!
ok im getting married on the 4th of july and i wanted to incorporate sparklers. The problem is the westbury manor does not want me to give out sparklers because of a fire code thing. Sooo i was thinking maybe i could some how attach the place cards to the sparklers ... but how would i get them to stand up?

whoa thats hot but uhmm a disaster waiting to happen.. MAYBE at the end of the night u can? like outside?

Maybe you can attach your placecards to those little things(forgot the name) that pop out confetti. People usually use them on New Year's eve.

oh yeah the weights. I think thats what they're called.

yea ... you girls are right ... maybe i can tie two sparklers to the favors ... since i am giving them at the end ... but i want to do something cute with the place cards ... those poppers are a cute idea.

We were thinking of buying sparklers and tying them to our favors, wine bottles, and attaching a tag that has a cute saying, something along the lines of 'for your 4th of July celebration tomorrow' but something more creative than that (we are getting married July 3)

what bout those things that look like a party favor after u ave blown on it...i know im not making sense but it kinda fans out like a sparkler but its made out of paper..sometimes people stic them out of cakes?

u can get ur BP to hold sparklers at the end of the night..along with any guests left... i would do it twds the end of the reception so ur rh cant punish u lol

You can fill some baskets or like trays (a few inches deep) with those little glass rock thingys. you know that stuff they sell in little bags all over the place... you use them to decorate center pieces. Think about how sephora does their make-up stuff... they have that table and all the nails stuff acutally is standing up right in things? do you know what i'm talking about? If not ill try to find a pic because i feel like im not explaining it right.
You could get a longer vase thingy.... and fill it with those little things and stand them up in it. I think that would look cute. You can also decorate the outside of the vase with ribbon or crystals, etc.

You can order your sparklers at FavorBar.com. They are safe for indoors as well as outdoors since it goes out in 48 seconds. Maybe if you show the description of the item to the venue they will have a change of heart. If not, then def wrap them in satin ribbon and add a few crystal beads for decor with the place card/label with inscription in the center. And have your guests do it outside of the venue. It'll look beautiful for your photos esp for a departing photo of you & your FH.
