CALLING ALL EAST WIND BRIDES, PLEASE HELP

hello all,


I had my meeting tonight for my final payment and the lady we met with tried to tell me that it is mandatory to pay for all vendors. I know this is not part of the contract. the only thing the contract says is vendors are 1/2 off.

Any input on what your understanding is for vendors.

I am calling in the morning to talk with the person we orginally met with. I know I asked the question and he only said that the vendors are half off but it is my descretion.

I'm am very upset with them right now.

uggg, i cant wait for this stuff to be over.

The band said not to pay for dinner because half the time they dont eat it, since they are playing and they are sick of the food, since they see it every weekend.

Its the principle of the whole thing. This lady tonight was so nasty and demeaning. She even said to us - 'in case you didn't comprehend your contract the maitre d gratuity is not included so here is the envelope for the tip.'

Are you kidding me, I wanted to rip her head off. I just told her the conversation was over and i would talk to the appropriate people in the morning.

Now I won't sleep because I am fired up.

I was told that if they are house vendors they are 1/2 price, if not they are full price.. I would definately call, but that was what I was told... That's why I was so shocked when I realized, we have to pay thousands for them, tip them, and pay $100+ for their dinner.. OH WELL..

Uggh.. I would definately call tomorrow and complain.. it makes me mad to hear that!!!!!!! I'm sorry you have to go through this, so close to your date.. I'm sorry..
