calling all mommies

Sorry about the off topic but..........
I babysit my sister kids for her while she is at work. One is an almost 10 month old baby. She has a really nasty caugh. Rather juicy sounding sorry bout the TMI. I tried the steam bath but it didnt work and the poor thing is just so congested. Any suggestions on what I can do to help her? She is going to the doctor this afternoon when her mommy gets home. But thats not till 4pm. Thanks for any advice.

sorry to hear your niece is sick i hate when my kids get sick they are so helpless did your sister leave any medicine?

All I have is baby tylanol because the poor thing is teething too. 10 months and still no teeth. She is just so miserable.

well if all you have is tylenol try that bc her teeth may be acting up. Also if she does have a sore throat it may help w. the pain! Id say a steam bath to help open up her lungs. (but you did that) Later on ask your sister to get some baby vicks and put in on her chest under a onsie (this way she cant touch it then touch her eyes or mouth)
i know how you feel when my daughter got sick she was the same way! So sad too se this lil helpless baby like this!
