The first time was during our HM..... I forgot to give him our flight information before the wedding, and I called him like LAST LAST MINUTE and he was able to get an awesome driver for us!
I called him YESTERDAY, because Justin and I need a ride to Alyssa's wedding. (We always knew we needed a car service, I'm just lazy). Although it's PROM season he was able to get us a car at the last minute.
So, I still love Joe! He's so awesome, and his customer service is incredible.
Love Joe!!!
Maybe this will get me on his wall!

YEAH JOE IS AMAZING!!!! i mean i love camelot before our wedding but then our wedding day was perfect with them so much so that i called joe the morning of our hm in the airport to thank him.
then i get a call a week or two ago from the receptionist (seems like a standard thing they do) making sure all was well with the wedding day.
now, thats what i call amazing customer service.
and i just have to say that not all vendors will treat you the same after your wedding day which is so sad and Camelot is nothing like that...as shown above
