Can an ice cream diet work..YES!

Ok this is mostly a joke but since I had the surgery on my mouth Tuesday I have had nothing but ice cream ( fattening ice cream) and coffee and I lost 4 lbs...woo hoo!

LOL...I KNOW!

I said to FI last night, I know I have been eating a lot of ice cream but how much really in the end is that calorie wise...bet I lost some weight...so during my last bathroom break I got on the scale...I shoudl write a book or something...the brides guide to losing weight on the ice cream diet?

after 9/11 all i ate was chocolate and i lost about 15 pounds...but literally, ALL I ATE was chocolate.

hmm.. chocolate and ice-cream diets.

i guess if you ONLY eat one food item you are bound to lose weight. Its just that I eat ice cream and chocolate ON TOP of my regular meals, big problem there!!

Yep...I belive it, that is all Ive eaten ice cream...hmmm...wonder what else this would work for..I could do this...like one week of nothing but ice cream..then one week of just chocolate..then one week of just ummmm taco bell...I just might be on to something

There's an article in the new Glamour about Fast food diets!!! I may try that one

HOw about an all liquid diet too.

what kind of liquid? if it was all liquid milkshakes or alcohol, that would be a problem

I had a diet of Ensure and Water and lost about 10 lbs.
