Can any honeymoon have a registry??

I dont know if there is a thread out there but can anyone register for there honeymoon??
We are going to Sandels St Lucia.........

I am prety sure that your travel agent can set it up for yo - I am sure anyone can have one. By the way, we are going to Sandals St. Lucia too!

I believe you can...we did ours through our Travel agent (Liberty Travel). They gave us a code to use and cards and basically people can go to any of their locations and use our code and make a donation. Another option is... www.bigday.com
You can book through them, or register for things you'd like to do on your honeymoon (which is money towards it also). GOOD LUCK!

when i went to ariana studios, there travel agent said he would set us up with a site that out guest can go to and give $$ towards the honey moon

Just go to Honeymoonwishes.com. It's basically a reimbursement system. Do a search for them. I'm pretty sure that sararadio is using them.

you can register for flight, meals, activities and whatever. and they will break it up for you. whatever is not bought, just pay the balance.

i believe Sandals has a honeymoon registry directly thru wedding channel. Or you can do honeymoonwishes.com. There are a few other honeymoon websites but I didn honeymoon wishes and liked it a lot.

YOU set up the honeymoon registry for wherever you're going... so YES... any honeymoon can have a registry. You could be going to BAYONNE, NJ and register for it! (not that there's anything wrong with Bayonne!)

Another bride mentioned that it's a reimbursement system, which is exactly true. You pay for everything, and then as people buy you things off your registry, you'll get a check in the mail or sent to your PayPal account reimbursing you for what you 'laid out' for your honeymoon expenses. Everything from an ice cream sundae to your airfare to a romantic dinner! I LOVE IT!!!

oh... by the way... when I was going to book through Liberty, they were just going to give me a phone number for guests to call to send money to them to put towards my honeymoon. I don't know if that has changed since I inquired about it, but I think the online sites are more cutesy and guest friendly so the guests feel they're giving you 'SOMETHING' instead of just money. Then, in the thank you cards, you can write, 'Thank you so much for the dinner for two at the sushi restaurant! Joe and I love sushi, so it was right up our alley!! We can't wait to enjoy it on our honeymoon!'
