Can anybody recommend.....

A place to go for bridesmaid dresses (preferably in Nassau) that has a big selection and prices around $150-175?

Thanks for your help, all the girls are getting together Saturday and I don't know where to take them!

Just about anywhere will have what you are looking for... as far as selection, you might want to go to Davids.

estelle's dress dresses in farmingdale. you can buy the size right off the rack and then get it altered at the dry cleaners if they need it. we did that for my sister-in-laws wedding and the dress cost $100 and alterations were about $30.

I went to Bridal Reflections because they had most all of the designers that I liked there and I believe the dresses they bought where in that price range.

I don't live on LI, so I can't really recomend any stores, but I just want to remind you that before you buy the dresses from any store, check websites like bridesave and houseofbrides to buy the dresses at discount prices. Also, RK Bridal offers something called a no frills program- you measure yourselves and will have to get alterations on your own, but you save about $30 or so on the dress. We ordered my BM dresses from there for $150 (that includes city tax) and the price other wise would have been $180 (plus tax).

Try Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. I was in a wedding last summer and we got our Bill Levkoff dresses there for maybe $170...and we got a discount on top of that bc we had 7 of us order from there.

I took my girls to Helens Bridal in Commack, she is rightg off the LIE 631-543-6300

great service and prices.

I would suggest calling for an appt especially if youre having all your girls.

i would suggest looking at some place like bridal reflections and then deciding whta you liked and the give burtons a call - i got my bridesmaid dresses that were supposed to be 196.00 at other stores for 156.00

cant beat that...

i brought my girls to bridal reflections, found their dress there, but then looked on line and found the dress for about 60$ less. bridal reflcetions had a nice selection of dresses, but i think they can be pricey. a good place too look and get some ideas though.

i would not recommend david's my friend used them for her wedding, and had tons and tond of problems. the bridesmaids were from all over and they ordered the wrong dresses for some and we never really knew.

What I did was I scouted the internet like crazy then I narrowed down the dresses then I called around or used the locators on the websites and I went and looked at the dresses and then I called around getting prices and I have to tell you I went to Burton's in Melville and they can order just about any dress can beat get just about any price. GOOD LUCK
