Can anyone help me make the Bm cards with their dresses?

I love those cards that Ive seen where the girls dresses are on them, but I am far from crafty, can anyone help me by telling me how they made theirs? I obly have two MOH's, thats it, so I only need to make two cards, the problem is one is pregnant and is wearing a maternity dress. Would this be hard to make, and if not, do I get all of the supplies at Michaels? Im clueless, but Id really love to attempt making these....sooooo..if anyone could help me..I would be so appreciative!!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Mich..I cant stop looking at your card...you did that yourself? Boy....tell me how!!!! You should go into business!!!! Can you help me? I really LOVE your cards!!!
Since you are obviously creative..any ideas of how I could do a maternity dress, and still have it fit in an envelope?

Thanks to everyone..I am going to attempt to make these cards myself!!! Mich..your details were aweseome..thanks so much for the FM...that wsa a huge help!!!! I am going this wekeend to try and get the materials!!!! Im very excited and am thinking I may actually be able to pull this off. You guys have all been great with your advice...so i thankyou!!!!!
