...a GREAT pilates tape??? i know this sounds stupid, but I want to be toned HARDCORE for the big day (& especially the HM!!!) - and i've been told pilates does the trick. I went to walmart but they only had one tape so I didn't want to just grab the first one i saw. I'm a beginner with pilates, although a dancer all my life, so it can be an intermediate level. Anyone have one they recommend or a good class in suffolk county thats not to costly???? thanks ladies!!!

i bought the windor pilates tapes off the website ..i am not sure about the new ones they have listed on the site but i used the old one called winsor pilates accelerated body sculpting you can probably find it on ebay or through this website.. they worked well..i got toned in a few weeks.. http://www.winsorpilates.com
