If you're willing to spend the extra $$ I think Maureen Pedala does excellent work.

Try Janet Bari Makeup. She has a website, I think it is janetbarionline.com. She is the house makeup artist for Russo's on the Bay and she is excellent. She works on LI and NYC.

I think Maureen Pedala is amazing as well. Really gorgeous transformations!
I loved my make-up girl...I felt like me, only better. Michelle Nocella from the Defining Moments...she's a vendor under Coordinators and her info (and pics) are posted on my review in the Bride's Review board.
