I am looking for a Reception Hall, that only has 1 wedding at a time, Can hold between 120-140 people. And wont require a minimum larger than that.
I would like this place to have a nice separate indoor ceremony location, plus a separate cocktail hour room, and a nice reception room.
I am having a very hard time finding places with those requirements. It does not matter nassau or suffolk, but i definately want it to be one affair at a time.

Really? Your requirements seem so standard I am surprised all halls don't fit that....Hmmm, let me think I booked VYC which has that capability. I only looked at Riveria...ceremony area is not separate...
I am sure others will suggest..

Windows on the Lake is gorgeous....i just have to many people otherwise i would have chosen that. Only thing i didnt ask about was the indoor recepetion because i loved the outside reception i know he did mention that it would be inside but i knew that the place was to small so didnt even bother to ask to see it

For one wedding at a time look at The Old Field Club, Giorgios, Lands End, Harrison House, The Metropolitan. Minimums vary based on day of the week & time of event. I think Old Field is the only one with a small minimum for a Sat. night.

The ONLY place I know of that has a separate indoor ceremony location is the George Washington Manor. Unfortunately, GWM doesn't meet your other requirements. Most RH's use the actual reception room for the ceremony and turn it over during CH.
IMHO, I think you're going to have to give up that part of your wish list. The rest of course is totally doable and there are tons of locations.

I'm not sure about where they do the ceremony, but the Roslyn Claremont has a 140 person minimum for a Saturday night and a separate cocktail hour room and is 1 wedding at a time.

North Ritz Club..One wedding at a time. Went to a wedding there last summer and the food was great and the service was outstanding. The ceremony was outside and beautifully decorated.
