There's a trainer that works at Synergy in Franklin Square. His name is Tommy (I don't know his last name). He's AWESOME. I never did personal training with him, but when I lived over there I was going to his classes 4 times a week! I have a friend that also goes to his class and is now doing personal training with him and she loves it.
